Breeding Females

At Langaton both Huacaya and Suris are bred in a variety of colours, although Huacayas are predominant. The alpacas have Chilean, Peruvian and British bloodlines – all of whom are registered with the British Alpaca Society.

Stud Males

Langaton Alpacas have a selection of up and coming young males for sale.

Wethers

These are castrated males (also known as geldings) who have not made the high standards we expect to become a Stud. Wethers make excellent pets, graziers, guard animals – or purely for someone starting to keep alpacas who does not wish to breed.
